Customer service is second to none ... top notch! Newly built home and having multiple issues with the irrigation system from day one and getting poor support and response from the builder and the company that installed the system. We switched to TriState Water Works last year along with a few of our neighbors and we all have glowing comments and appreciation for the tech team and all the staff that have helped us. We all have had the same issues. Poorly installed equipment was the root cause.

Chad P. from TriState water Works completed my sprinkler system tuneup and repairs this morning. He did a wonderful job. Three heads needed replacing, a couple others needed adjusting. He was efficient and everything was running well at the end. He cleaned everything up after all was done. I will definitely request his service in the future.

Worked initially with the owner Sean and was sold on his caring attitude. This attitude is evident in his employees. Have worked with Tim for several years now and always receive the quality work I expect along with his knowledgeable judgement in improving my irrigation system. TYLER HARNESS is an outstanding Technician / Serviceman for TRISTATE WATER WORKS. He visited our home in Blue Ash, Ohio on April 1, 2025. Tyler helped program our Hydrawise Watering / Irrigation System and showed me each step on my phones app as he set the various filters and thresholds for watering. He walked me through each of our 6 zones and adjusted sprinkler heads so they covered all the grass, flower and tree areas. I really appreciate his patience and professionalism.
